EverAd ("we," "us," or "our") operates the AI-powered ad optimization platform at everad.vercel.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.

Ad Content

Content you create on EverAd including campaign details, headlines, descriptions, calls to action, and any images you upload.

Visitor Signals

When your ads are served to visitors, our serve endpoint collects signals to optimize delivery: IP-based geographic location, device and browser information, referrer URL, and UTM parameters. We may also look up publicly available company data based on the referrer domain using Apollo.io.

Analytics Data

We collect performance data including impressions, clicks, conversions, and engagement metrics for your campaigns.

Free Tools Usage

Our free tools (compliance checker, competitor analysis) can be used without an account. These tools use localStorage for rate limiting but do not collect personal information.

We use the following third-party services to operate EverAd:

  • Google OAuth — Authentication and sign-in
  • Supabase — Database, authentication, and file storage
  • Stripe — Payment processing (your credit card information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers)
  • Google Gemini AI — AI-powered ad copy generation
  • HuggingFace (FLUX) — AI image generation for ad creatives
  • Apollo.io — Company data enrichment based on visitor referrer domains

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies solely for authentication session management. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics cookies. localStorage is used only for rate limiting on our free tools.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and campaign content for as long as your account is active. Analytics and visitor signal data is retained for the duration of your subscription. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, though anonymized aggregate analytics may be retained.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Deletion — Request that we delete your account and personal data
  • Export — Request an export of your data in a portable format
  • Correction — Request correction of inaccurate personal data

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment information is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

EverAd is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
